Yes - no 8 for me to. That is one L of a sharp beast of a lens! (y)

Very nice :)

These things are obviously coming towards you at a fair old pace - are you using servo focus? Certainly producing sharp results whatever you are doing :)

Great shots but it's got to be #1 for me, it's a cracking action shot with all four hooves off the ground, the horses expression and the whip.

Quality as ever mate. These are super images and ones I would be proud of.

Nice work. I would also like to know your forus method? One shot at 8 fps??? Superb.

Diego.

Well done - you certainly got the best out of the lens by these shots.

AI Servo Robert using center point.
ISO 100 on all shots
Both TV and AV mode was used with various settings.

And all hand held shots..

First for me too, cracker :)

Brilliant shots all. That little boy on the left looks like a stockbroker in the city!! :)

What a great set of shots, you must be really pleased with these and the new lens. (y)

All excellent shots. That's a cracking lens you've got there (y)

Thanks guy's but the lens belongs to my brother in reality..;)

I have the 300mm f/2.8L at home, He went to New York on Friday on a holiday and wanted to borrow my 16-35mm wide angle so I took this in exchange for a couple of weeks..:woot:

It works both ways, He borrows my lenses... I lend his in return..(y)

I have to say the 3 kids are great. You really caught a moment there!
