Someone else showing a big improvement with these shots.

You just need to look at your final processing now, these are a bit soft and could look a lot better. Use the eyes as your check on sharpness - you can clearly see they're a bit soft.

Oh My God! You got a Robin in a holly bush! I'm really envious of that! Great set. I find it really hard to shoot the smaller birds 'cos they twitch about a lot and don't sit still for five seconds. Well done getting these

All canny shots, the Robin has the best composition for me. Its looking into the space on the left,and i like the diagonal formed by the branch.

with Cuddy & CT ... ... apart from sorting the softness I would say your next target is final composition otherwise a cracking set of images ...
