Critique A Few Bird Shots (Twycross Zoo)

Not often I photograph birds, but sometimes I have to give in ;-)

Very welcoming of (Helpful) criticism, I know what I don't like / would like to change about these shots, but would like to hear other people's views

I like the owl one,the way the owl is positions within the first third of the frame

Penguin too central, too much space to right of owl (this is more rule of quarters than rule of thirds) and pelican on wrong side. Also both the owl and pelican could do with a bit more space above them as edge of image is almost touching their heads. IMHO.
