Comments always welcomed; first time @ Circuit de Sarthe.....

The weekend was defined by two very heavy rain showers in the first few hours:

Hi Scoop, I was there again this year (my 8th) Great pictures, very hard to find good places to take pics from at Circuit de Sarthe.

I didnt take much of the cars this year as I also went to the Spa 6 hours and there are places at spa where your sat ontop of the cars as there going around. I tend to take more pics of the fans and the experance. Also I had access to the Grid Walk passes through a rather well off friend so I had access to the Pit's when they are closed to the General Public

Your night shots are great, for me night shots of the 24 hrs are the most impressive.

The outstanding shot for me is the dirty 95 Aston Martin.

In will be honest though, not a fan of the boarders around the images, just personal taste though

Also not a fan of the borders!

You did well getting the night shots that you did, they are flipping hard!
 
Some great shots, I like the timing of the two Toyotas, the dirty Aston Martin shot is great and I love the one of the older Merc!

(Not a fan of the borders either...)
 
I hid during the rain, missed the flame on the Sauber/Merc and didn't try many shots at night ! There are some good places down at Esses and Tertre Rouge give them a try . Your night shots work well to me .
