I attended a wedding at a rather posh hotel, they had a Ferrari owner club attending at the same time, this car was there as top dog as it was only just released..

Anyway, i took a few moments away from the wedding to grab a few shots.. its not my normal arena so C&C will fall on deaf ears.. :razz:

I dont know much about cars.. but i know i WANT ONE!!! lol.. the sound it made!! wow.. and it was so pretty.. in a "I'll rip ya face off" kind of way.. :LOL:

The look very good to me I'm just wondering what the front looks like now :p They pay those cooks far to much don't they!
 
Just beautiful, all 4.3 litre, 460 BHP, 7 speed dual clutch semi automatic and top speed of 192 MPH of it. Wonderful. :love:

The plate (and I'd therefore assume the car), belongs to the Ferrari/Maserati dealers, Meridien
 
Very very nice. If anyone knows of any twe... thirty something blondes (female) :) that own one of these and a pub and are widowed and almost totally blind please drop me a pm.
 
Thats a nice mix of photos and even more impressive that they were all taken with the trusty 50mm!!! #2 & 5 for me are excellent, the f1.8 works a treat for isolating the important parts. all good (y)
 
Nice, I'd forgotten about the car and you've done it justice! Wonder if a D300 would fit in the boot. :cautious:

Nope, its much more expensive than that!! maybe that's why these cars are know as penis extensions! because they have had to lop it off to get one!! lol..

Thanks very much for the comments, i wasnt sure while i was shooting these whether i was doing it any justice! cars are not my normal arena so to speak!.. im very happy with them though..
 
Lovely set of shots. And what an amazing looking car... as for getting a camera in, I think you might be hard pushed... especially in the back... isn't that where the V12 sits ?

Matt, you'd never be able to afford the insurance to be allowed near one... for that matter, I don't think I would either...
 
Allow me to be a bit controversial!

I love the shots (y), the car's snout looks fantastic .. as always, the steering wheel and dashboard are amazing, and I bet it sounds sexy as hell.

But, I hate the name .. California .. what a horrid name. I hate the roof-line and I hate the rear-end .. too Japanese (don't bite my rear end for that, I am all for Toyota and Lexus .. but not on an Exotic Italian).

This is one Ferrari I am not keen to see in the road, or anywhere for that matter.

I agree about the name! its not like 'Enzo' or 'Dino' or even.. Ferrari 630 Scudaria..

California sounds more like a Camper van! lol..

But i like the looks... (y)
 
I was lucky enough to see one of these at the Bromley auto pageant and take some photos of it but your photos are much better.

The engine sits in the front and it is "only" a 4.3L V8. The roof folds into the boot though, not leaving much space with the roof down, I would imagine.

Superb photos, of a great looking car ...that is until you get around to the front :eek:, ferrari went wrong with the front I think lol
