Advice: Two dull day shots, how can I improve them?

I'm aware that the second needs some WB work, I'm just not sure exactly what. I've also posted both of the unconverted (other than to JPG) RAW shots to compare how the shots started life incase I've stuffed up the PP

i like the first one after your PP , to be honest though , i dont think you will ever be able to do much with the second one
