Albert Docks by night

Taken a while back, I went for a walk around the Albert Docks in Liverpool and really liked the colours from the lights. The water was actually quite choppy, so stopped down and went for a nice long exposure. What do you think?

It's rather tilted. Doesn't tell me much about The Albert Docks, which are beautiful. The composition is unbalanced, with all the reflections on the left hand side. I can understand what you want to get, but I am not sure if is anyway enough. Still prefer your tree!
