amateur photographer looking for advice

I am amateur photographer and I want to buy a new camera.
I am considering to buy a Canon 6D or maybe 70D or 700D. I am a bit confused and helpless...

As Alastair says, more information is always helpful, I'd be asking myself, what do I want the Camera to do and why am I looking at the 3 bodies you've chosen - what is drawing me to these bodies ?
