Had a try at a star trail at the Angel of the North

Superb composition Bowz, it must have taken you some time and forethought for position and exposure.
Would you tell us some more details about exposure and how you went about taking this?

Thanks for the kind comments, actually didn't take much setting up. Plonked the tripod down made sure i could get both the pole star & all of the angel in the shot (Samyang 14mm), then set the intervalometer in Magic Lantern away.
Exif is:
ISO 400
f2.8
109 x 30 second exposures
Stitched back together in starstax
A little bit of PP in CS6
