After laying on my sofa every saturday morning waiting to get something on my feeder, eventually someone obliged. Although admitidly only once I had closed the patio door! Fortunately the glass doesn't show too bad.

The glass looks like it has desaturated the colours slightly and taken the contrast down. Much better to set up something like this in the doorway to aviod the glass problem.

Thanks, I'll give it a tweak.

I did try something like that, I had the curtains around the lens, soa ll what was visible was the end of the lens, but for some reason they wouldn't land. Possibly because the lens extremely close to the feeder (it's at near enough min focus using the sigma 70-200 HSM Macro). I keep leaving it setup while I'm around the flat, so hopefully they will get used to it soon.

I will hopfeully get a 2x converter soon (if I can find one now I've been paid!), so I can move the lens back a bit as well which will probably help their confidence.
