Any workshop suggestions

I am looking to improve my bird / nature photography and wonder if anybody could suggest any workshops / holidays etc that they have found to be usefull / good value etc

any suggestions considered, also looking to book up some photography holidays (nature) if you have any suggestions

I have booked to go and spend three days with Niel Macintyre at the end of this month after a suggestion from a member on here.
