It was number 51 in the Superbikes (race 1), he was responsible for the safety car comming out.

I was about 300 yards up the track when this happened just out of foggy esses. I saw the plumes of smoke from the bike but couldn't see the flames...sounded awesome though. Glad the rider was ok.

Arh now that explains the safety car, had no idea what caused from where i was stood at the time as the speakers werent working. Bet he brown pants after that.

as he went past there were flames coming out past the clocks, I was surprised he didn't jump off rather than try and park it
