So after the disappointment of last's weeks trip to Mam Tor interms of grey clouds and no light, the weather forecast for a Saturday morning looked promising.

It appeared I am the first person on the hill, so I quickly went up to the trigg point and waited. The morning colours came, which was a beautiful sight.

I'm really starting to like sunrises and I need to get to the peaks early one morning myself.
 
excellent shot, I will have to try and get out to this spot some time, is it usually busy?
 
hi guys, thanks for the comments, it can be busy, but I was the first one there got there 30 minutes before sunrise, i did meet another togger though

Great shot mate, well worth getting up early for. I'd have to camp up there to make sure I woke up on time!!
