My 1st demo when I worked as a salesman in a Chrysler, Simca, Hillman garage in the early seventies. Later had the Rallie version, only slightly slower than a Cooper S and a lot more comfortable.

Would love to see more of that car. I tried learning clutch control in a Simca.

I think Stellantis should bring back Simca, shame the name disappeared (Hillman, Humber and Singer should also come back - they had some of the best model names, who needs a DS9 when you can have a Gazelle or Super Snipe).

Yes, they were lovely cars. Some of my favourite cars, loved seeing them on the roads.
