You're lucky to see an E-3D AWAC at the moment, an aweful lot aren't servicable at the moment.

The shots for me are a little over processed but nothing wrong with giving something a try!

They both work for me and #2 more so - very unsual effect that gives them an otherworldy feel - I'm not a huge fan of airplane shots but these I like a lot

That is some very heavy processing on both shots there but it's working for me. I don't like different for the sake of it but when it works, on a well taken subject, I'm all for something a bit off the beaten track.

It obviously helps loads that they are both good captures to start with too.
