Backlit Working Cocker

Not everyones taste but certainly one of my favourites of the many shots I have taken of my working Cocker Spaniel.

thats nice is that, if it was my dog, i'ed have that printed and on my wall

i assume it was the setting sun that was providing the back light?

Yes Nick it was the setting sun up on my local moor. I was doing a Grouse count at the time so incredibly lucky that he managed to sit still for a few seconds as he is usually 100mph everywhere.

Yep, like that a lot. As the other Nick said above, if it was my dog, id have it on the wall.

thanks, gives me inspiration to get my working cocker out and try a similar capture, though his a puppy and doesn't know what walking is yet or sitting still for longer than a micro second

Super image, I like that a lot.... my Cocker never seems to sit still long enough to try something like that.
