I might if I knew how or more like if I bothered to learn how, not really my thing but I take your point that it would improve the image. Photoshop is my next winter project to learn !

Decide what to do, such as an AI generative fill or a choice of Blur effects

Final result. It's just a quick example, but with some playing about you'll get much better results.
