Barry Island - Set 1

I'm undertaking a project on Barry Island, some of you will have seen some of my past uploads here from there. The project now has a title called 'When The Fun Stops'.

I went down on a wet and blustery day and spent some time there, as the day produced many images, I've split them down into sets.

Love the dog on the beach

It made me feel of defiance!!

Dogs aren't allowed on the beach at certain times of the year and the ban was up at the end of September so the poochs can again enjoy it

At first I thought these were odd choices but having read what you say about your project I now see the point... I think they work in the context of your project so well done Gareth

i like the theme. I have looked at this set and the others that you have posted and enjoyed them.
There is something very engaging about these seaside spots out of holiday season.

I agree, I think having shot here during the height of the summer I prefer shooting Barry in the off season.
