The image is a composite of a Spitfire image taken about 8 years ago with my first DSLR, an EOS 300D, and a more recent sky shot taken with the Canon S100.

Holy crap Paul that is simply stunning mate and one of best images I've seen on here

I am a sucker for Spitfires, clouds and mono's and you've checked each box in style!!

I'd be already on the way to the printers with that one if it was mine (y)

The Sepia version just works, do you have a tutorial for how you managed the shot?
 
All three are amazing images! Cant pick between the spitfire or the F-16
