"They" removed most of the perches just as the Kings had returned and the only b/g's are naff water.

Its a nice shot but it looks a tad oversaturated (on my monitor) I take it this is one of this years juvenilles

You've done a better job of removing that branch than I could do.

Thanks.....if "they" had left well alone then there wouldn't have been a need to.

Forgot to say Yes it was one of this years young.....not sure but only these ones showed up in the year so maybe only one brood.

Thanks Rob and Stuart.....

"They" are some faceless people who took out/moved about 4-5 perches a few days after the Kingfishers put in an appearance. :nuts: They had not been around for over 9 months.
These perches had been in place at least a year waiting for the day the Kings returned and were in prime places for light and backgrounds.
It might have been the weekly work party - but I would not imply that......
