Border Force were boarding the MV Balmoral in Bristol Harbour this morning.
As the Balmoral hasn't been out of the harbour for yonks, pretty evident that this was a training exercise

On the other hand, most people doing that sort of job just give photographers a smile, when someone takes their picture.
