Made the mistake of leaving my iso @1600

Decent detail considering the ISO. However, I'd really have a look at removing those dust spots. Either in sensor cleaning or via post processing. A couple of clicks of the spot healing tool in your CS4 will do the trick and looking at the 3rd shot as an example, you only have 4 or so

I had a similar dust spot on my sensor. A very gentle blow with an air duster removed it, although this was in contradiction with the instructions IIRC...
