Canon 1DX Battery help

Hey, bought a couple of LP-E4 3rd party batteries off ebay, getting an error msg saying 'Cannot communicate with battery' Use this battery?

I dont want to say yes and the camera explode, has anyone come across this?

Canon batteries report the percentage and recharge performance. Some third party ones don’t which is what the message will relate too.
