Canon 50mm 1.4 missing tiny screws

Hi

Can anyone help me with this problem, I was shooting a pet shoot today with the above lens and half way through the front ring fell off swiftly followed by the focussing ring. On closer inspection two of the screws are missing from the front ring. They are tiny screws and would be really easy to replace if I knew what they were, size etc. and where I can get them?
