hello, right, im confused so need help from 5d mark 2 users.

i usually import and save all my pictures in lightroom 2 but having just got the mark 2 and software im confused as what to do?

what do other users do when importing pictures? iv never used canons software, is it as good as lightroom? can i use both?

any help much appreciated!
 
if lightroom 2 is the latest version there should be an update to make the files work with it, if nto use canon to convert from raw and then use lightroom
 
if thats what you normaly do, i would think so

the canon software isnt too bad, it has batch processing etc. but if lightroom is a preferred program, id stick with what you are happiest with
 
Im using EOS software for transfering images. Once m done I use Bridge and Photoshop
