Carrion Crow or Raven?

I'm near certain this is a Carrion Crow but seeing as they are not listed as belonging over here I can't really confirm it but everything points towards Carrion Crow. The smaller size, how close it came to us whereas Ravens will usually keep a good distance, the shape of the tail etc. Here's a few dodgy pics to help identify..

Cheers. I see Ravens near everyday but was doubting myself and thinking this was maybe a young Raven. Thanks again for confirming that for me
