I really like that, it's a bit different, well done.

It's great light combined with a good composition, I don't think it would work nearly as well without that strategically placed cloud.

I can't make up my mind about this.
If you wanted the cloud why did you keep so much of the buildings in the shot?
They are not the most exciting looking buildings and have a lot of fussy detail.
I'd at least clone out the railings and TV aerial from the left hand side, and the black drainpipe from the right, or possibly crop the right so that you only have the façade of the building and not the end.

I agree about the cropping bit. Like the light in the sky.
