Well, that is to say, these guys are almost a year old and nearly as big as mum now!

I'm not sure what the plans are for the cubs, I guess they will get moved on
to another zoo, as I can't see them keeping the 5 cubs + mum and dad,
Can you?
 
Nope and in the wild they leave mum at arounf 15 months so I guess it won't be lkong before ythey move on

Beautiful shots all great but I love no 1 still with that slight baby fluffiness. Not long before they become as sleek as their proud Mum.

They were taken at Whipsnade
And yes I have been there are few times over the past year
(well I've gotta make the most of my membership :D)
 
Well I am going to go against the grain and say #2 is my favourite - closely followed by #4 (y)

I do like the crouching pose but think it could have done with a bit more room on the left.

and yes I agree about #3, I would have liked more room too but there was an
object a little too much in focus to the left so I had to crop it tight

Wicked pictures :) Didn't get to see these guys today (my first trip to Whippo in a while).

Was talking to a lady today...they will be moving onto new zoos Oct/Nov time :( They might get to keep one or two, they don't know yet. As they are hard to breed in captivity, they are quite rare! It would be sad to see them all leave. Whipsnade already have 3 males, and 2 females.

I guessed that they would be shipped out, but didn't know for sure.
