love the pose & background bit of a tight crop though ?

Gotta get myself back there ,went when it 1st opened but belive they have more animals now ?

is that one of the lions that was rescued from Romania by the news of the world

Thanks for the advice, on reflection I agree that the crop is too tight, I had read that for these type shots you should try to fill the frame.

Yes these animals were rescued from terrible conditions at a Romanian zoo and although Im not the biggest fan of animals in zoo's there will always be a place such as the Yorkshire Wildlife Centre where the animals are better off, they certainly seemed content in their new surroundings.

Hope you like the attached photo with more space around the lion.

Zoos may not be great but in some cases a good zoo/park is so much better than a bad one.
