Choice Of next Camera

Afternoon

I am about to purchase a 2nd body as my prime camera with my 40D becoming my back up body. I have narrowed it down to 3 choices. for full frame I am looking at a 5D MK2 or a 1Ds Mk3, my third alternative is a 1D Mk3 (1.3 crop). I have read reviews of all but would like to hear from people who use any of these as a day to day camera. My primary use is portrait and sports (motor sport,cricket and action sports).Any experiance or knowledge is gratefully accepted

again heard mix reviews about it, I know its full frame but i wouldn't be interested in wifi or GPS..

I think you'd be disappointed with a 5dmkII in today's market. Whilst a capable and impressive camera it's left in the dusts but more advanced AF and improved sensors.

I use two both at weddings and studio work and am looking forward to getting rid and enjoying the mkIII.
