I prefer the color version I do like the warm colors and tones in the stone in that shot.
 
Looks like an interesting building with plenty of interest.

Not keen on the processing TBH, especially the trees (branches), not sure if the photograph has ben over sharpened?

I like the sky in the colour but would opt for the B&W.

i may have clobbered it a bit in the hdr stage of my angst....

i do see this happening a lot and also i have dodged the tree a bit and this seems to thin out the pixel population in those areas

The black and white works well here Geoff, a great looking location.. Worthy of a 4 seasons set I reckon.
