combining 2 tiffs in cs4

Hi all, I wanna combine the exposure from two pictures one was exposed for the sky and the other for the foreground.

I have both open in PS but I don't understand how to cross them over :bang:

think I'm being too dense for words
 
layer up the two place in screen mode and try the layer value, you could erase in a soft brush the bottom and blend in the two.

no hard fast rules apply.

Place one aboth the other and add a Mask you can then paint the mask with black to show the lower layer ues a soft edge brush this way you can fine tune it as much as youlike whit to hide black to show through try lowering your paint to say 25% for the fine blending
