.........not out of focus - subject movement/camera shake through using too slow a shutter speed would be my guess - happens in these situations - otherwise pretty good

Wow those are really stunning. Can I ask how you manage to get the photos in such low light to be so sharp?

True, I was using a relatively slow shutter speed compared to some people.

Seems to be my sweet spot. But if someone can suggest any tweeks, would be much appreciated.

The third out of focus still looks very impressive to me

I think the 3rd one works as the guitar is in focus but as you are using slow shutter speeds, there does seem a bit of camera shake

really nice stuff lots of energy which is wicked.

Sadly not a massive fan of the guitar being in focus and the face OOF, donno why it just doesnt work for me.
