Critique wanted

Hi, I'm looking for critique on this photo, no other people available at the time so I had to bite the bullet and use myself. I'm a big boy now so fire away, I'm all for learning.

I like it. I presume it's a single light source?
I'm unsure if the Led Zep T shirt makes or breaks it though.

I like it but I'd square crop it so you are almost tight to the right hand side

I am quite a fan of low key portraits and I like this one. Like Jeff, I would see what a square crop looks like but that's a minor thing for me. I think it's a great photo.

Thank you, it was simply a black backdrop and single speed light at 2 O'clock set about 2ft above my head.

Yes just a single light. I must admit I didn't give any thought to what I was wearing.

I like it. To my tastes if have liked a slightly different crop with you on "a third" rather than more towards the middle.

I think you're right, I'm a little too much towards the centre.
