I took these pictures whilst sailing in a boat down the river in Dalyan Turkey. The area was abundant with these beautiful little birds and I took this opportunity to capture them with my camera using a Nikon 70 - 300mm f4.5-5.6. As most judges would probably say,it needs to be doing something to make it stand out even more,unfortunately I could only capture one whilst down in the reeds with the background full of clutter. Critique and advice most welcome
