Deep Freeze

Nipped out for dawn this morning with the promise of an inversion of some sort but the mist turned out to be very deep indeed. This is on Longstone Edge and the sunrise is only just dragging itself out of the mist, even at 1300ft.

I love this, really epitomises the cold mornings. The two small vertical streaks of illuminated cloud are a bit of a distraction though.
