Diesel Train Engine

I'll be honest to me it's is purely a record/cataloging photo :( for me it is far to tightly composed I'd have liked to have seen space for it to move into, I'd have also liked to have seen a lower PoV...finally the colours look a bit washed out from being over exposed..
 
Have to agree with Matthew. It's cropped way too tight, and although it's likely to be of use to someone modelling such a loco it doesn't make an awe inspiring picture. It's a little too warm too I think?
 
Thank you for your comments and tips. it was not cropped by the way I couldn't get further back with the only lens I had with me at the time. There is not that much room as there was another train in the yard right behind me amongst many others being preserved
