Dust busting

Just wondering really, how often on average do people clean their sensors for dust?

Regular basis, before an important shoot, never or only if you notice dust on the images?

For me, it's only done when I see dust, which isn't that often.

When I see some I get out the Arctic Butterfly and give it a twirl, if I don't see dust I tend to think I don't need to remove it

Again I only do it when needed. I personally use a rocket blower to blow into the sensor to give it a clean, different people have different views though.

I give mine a blast with the rocket blower when I'm downloading memory cards, I only go for a wet clean when I see sensor spots.
