I haven't been able to access their site for the past 2 days.
It says my IP address has been banned from the site.

Are they still trading?
 
Still won't let me on using that link.
I've been on a few times lately checking out prices.
However, I've bought 2 expensive Nikon Z S line lenses from them already this year.
Strange that they would do this.
 
Loads ok here. I can fully navigate the site with no issues. Not sure they did it - could be your internet provider/settings? Have you tried from your phone on wifi and off wifi?
 
Could be that my SIL has fitted a mesh system to my router as the Virgin signal is some of the rooms is carp.
 
Just tried no problems at all on Virgin could it be your firewall ,you could try clearing the cache and see if that helps
