Eagle Heights Barn Owl

Two beautiful shots there Bob I prefer the second image, the bokeh in the first I do not like at all. I would reduce the brightness of the background on the first if I were you.

I agree

The background with the bokeh and the colour being do similar , means it distracts attention from the owl

Thanks for the comments, i do agree about the background, i'll have to revisit the image when i get time.
 
Agree about the first one but the second is really good :)
