The 5 yr old little girl and her mum that I was meant to be taking pics of on Monday had to postpone, so friend of my wife and her 7 month old boy were last minute stand in's.
I'm not as pleased with these shots as I were the last set, I swapped the softbox on my second light (to the right of Elliot) for a shoot through brolly without considering the blue curtains covering the patio doors right next to the light.
I had real trouble getting the WB and skin tones looking reasonable, it took a bit of tweaking and I'm still not 100% happy. Another lesson learnt, I've got a large black background cloth that I will cover the curtains up with next time...
On top of all that Elliott had been up in the night and then missed his morning sleep and getting him to smile was near on impossible! All in all a lot harder shoot than my previous three! Thankfully I got 20 or so reasonable shots and the parents seem very pleased...
C&C welcome (please!)...
