Took a trip to Ely Cathedral with Amy (my wife) today (it's only a couple of miles away) to try out the Nikon 17-55 F2.8 that my boss has said I can borrow from work whenever I want to until I can afford to get one myself.

First time taking any semi serious photos in a cathedral and boy is the lighting a learning curve in that environment, so any comments, suggestions on that front etc very gratefully received.

First few I've processed here. Comments, suggestions, CC etc very grately received.

All on Nikon D7100 - 17-55 F2.8 Full manual.

A beautiful set there, superb details and colours, very nicely composed. My favourite though is the last image, I just love the simplicity of it.

:agree: Though #2 is my favourite. It could do with being more central but I dont know if that is even possible or if your allowed to go further left.

1 is the best, bang on centre great work.
2. is off centre and whilst the convergence isnt a major issue, I'd be rude not to mention it.
3. Like it, but the 1st one is of the same ilk and a lot better.
4. Nice idea, but the candle would be better off centre.
