Fallow Fawn in the New Forrest

Spent the evening up a high seat last night and was rewarded with this fawn just below me reckon its less than a week old

600mm lens and the fawn was right under the high seat so no room to manoeuvre

I am saving lol. Have a canon 400mm f4 but it's not in the same class as the 600mm

Joking apart i've got the 500mm f4 & 300mm 2.8 both lenses i wouldn't be without, but my 200mm 2.8
is a stunning lens that i carry along with the big ones.

well caught- I have several High seat around my land, never thought of using them as a Photography platform, got me thinking now
