Agree, it looks like a crop because it's pretty soft.
 
A tad soft and noisy John, and the crops a bit too tight, but a cracking bird to capture well done on that :)
 
Hi John got to admit this is a tad noisy and soft I guess you are getting used to the 7D,it looks as if it was a huge crop so thats probably the problem,what's the exif on this,hope everything is ok now and everyone is well pm me and let me know,take care see you soon
