what do people think of these, has anyone got/used them before?

cannot help im afraid, i have gone filter holder so square / oblong filters for me and not used them either yet. sorry

Some of the filters would never be used such as the red, green, yellow unless you were still shooting b/w film.
At that price you really have to question the quality.

BTW
I like the way the ad says "Fits the following cameras" then goes on to list nearly every camera made.
Surely it should have listed every lens with a 62mm filter thread.

Unquestionably horrible quality, but very good value for playing around. Then when you've decided what you really want to use, get a good one.

The most popular filters by far are a polariser (circular, not linear as in the kit) and Grad ND (not included).

well ive just picked up a sigma 28-300 and was looking at filters and just came across those so thought id get some views on them

I know they're cheap but as I've never used filters, they look good enough to have a play with and like Hoppy said, they'll give me the insight into what I would use before laying out serious dosh.
