Fireworks! (sorry - blame Janice hehe)

Hi - I saw a gr8 fireworks pic that Janice did & after asking her what settings she used I was keen to give it try myself - there was the usual organised even near where I live (@ half a mile as the witch flies) so I set my camera up in my drive (felt a right :geek:) & below are some of the better efforts:

Not a bad set for a first (?) try Paul ... last one would have been really good ...imo ... if you had got the whole shot in ...and lost the distracting street light ...:D
 
Nice crisp bursts. Why not try and do a rough selection and paste on a black background using "lighten" as the blending mode and assemble like a collage.

Fangman - Thanks - I was thinking of doing something "creative" as the ones I posted are straight out of the camera with just a bit of cropping & no PP - I recently started using PSE will I be able to do what you suggest in PSE? - Paul (y)
