First Raw Shot. C&C very welcome... Dylan the Villan

Just out of hospital.Not been very well. Laying in bed feeling sorry for myself so asked my son to bring camera bag up and took a couple of shots of him in RAW...

First time ever. So opened with PS CS4 and this is what i got. Not the greatest of pictures but thought i would share to see if i could get some feed back on how to make it better

Sorry to hear you've been unwell:shake:, hope you are on the road to recovery!

As Luke says its very contrasty, again I can live with that. My only problem is that you have lost Dylans right arm, it appears to have disappeared into the wall. Perhaps a little work required to reaffix it, if possible.

Other than that I like the composition and the cheeky face he's pulling, a fun, enjoyable photo

lol Liking the look of it. Was out today and shot Raw/Jpeg. will have a wee play soon..

Not sure how it all works so will you tube for some hints and tips

I never shoot anything but RAW these days I can't see the point anymore shooting both

anyway back to the shot I like it maybe a little over done but I think it suits him!
