Fishing amongst the stars

Fish shot ive have taken for a very long time. Decided to take the camera with me for a nights fishing on the Isle of Wight. Lucky I did really as the fishing was rubbish

Thank you very much. Was hoping to get some better compositions but the hint of cloud in this shot soon became a full coverage so that scuppered that idea!!!

The are tip lights. Basically miniature glow sticks

Anyhow apart from the wisecrack .... Nice image Rich, is that cloud in the top right flaring down, I like that it's a nice effect. I also like the two bight stars and the glow right between the tripod legs. Nice shot mate

Thanks fella Yep it is cloud mate. It shortly came in and ruined the rest of the night so this was literally the last of about 10 shots before the stars were gone.

The skies on the Isle of Wight can be remarkably bright when there is no moon. I'm lucky to still be able to visit the place regularly
