Top shot. If it needs to be improved (which it doesn't) just lob some sky off so that the horizon sits on a third. Try it; it looks really powerful.

I like that, would look great as a canvas. Perhaps the blues are a little saturated, but I like the way the seaweed and the water draws the eye through the frame.
