Hi kent, I think the shot would be more interesting if you straightened it out, use the top of the railing to use as a level.

Some may disagree on the next point, but the border isn't doing anything for the image either.

I like the B&W conversion and I like the height and depth you have captured though so not all bad and dont take the above points as negatives, they're minor niggles that you can sort out very easily and quickly :)
 
Like that a lot, but would prefer if the border wasn't coloured. Nice tones and a nice perspective there.
